These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LA VidCon-related creator and partner registration website, registration form, and related services operated by Different Millions (“Different Millions,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the website or submitting the registration form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access the website or submit the registration form.
1. Purpose of the Website
The website and registration form are provided for the purpose of collecting registration, inquiry, participation, creator, brand, agency, partner, sponsor, and business information in connection with LA VidCon-related activities, meetings, collaborations, partnerships, sponsorships, campaigns, and business communications.
The website is operated by Different Millions. Any reference to “LA VidCon,” “VidCon,” or related event names is for identification and event-related context only. Unless expressly stated, Different Millions is not the organizer, owner, operator, official representative, or official partner of VidCon or any third-party event.
2. Eligibility
By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should submit the form only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Different Millions may reject, remove, or request additional confirmation for any submission if we believe parental or guardian consent may be required.
If you submit information on behalf of a company, agency, brand, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to submit such information and communicate with Different Millions on behalf of that entity.
3. Registration Submission
Submission of the registration form does not guarantee approval, event participation, event admission, entry, meeting arrangement, collaboration, sponsorship, partnership, business opportunity, campaign opportunity, promotional opportunity, payment, contract, or any other benefit.
Different Millions may review, accept, reject, prioritize, or follow up on submissions at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
Different Millions may request additional information before confirming any event-related participation, meeting, collaboration, partnership, sponsorship, campaign, or business opportunity.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any information, social media account, creator channel information, company information, brand materials, images, links, documents, proposals, or other content provided through the form or related communications.
You agree not to submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, confidential, restricted, or unauthorized information.
5. Review, Matching, and Collaboration Opportunities
Different Millions may use submitted information to review creator, brand, agency, partner, sponsor, campaign, meeting, business development, or collaboration opportunities.
Different Millions may share relevant submitted information with creators, brands, agencies, partners, sponsors, event-related service providers, or other business contacts for the purpose of collaboration review, meeting coordination, business communication, event operation, partnership-related purposes, sponsorship-related purposes, creator matching, brand matching, campaign planning, and related opportunities.
No collaboration, meeting, introduction, sponsorship, partnership, campaign, contract, payment, deliverable, service arrangement, or business relationship is guaranteed by submitting the form.
Any collaboration, sponsorship, partnership, campaign, deliverable, service, payment, commercial arrangement, or contractual relationship, if applicable, may be subject to a separate written agreement.
6. Communications
By submitting the form, you acknowledge that Different Millions may contact you using the contact information you provide, including email, phone, social media account, direct message, or other communication channels.
Communications may relate to registration, event participation, meeting coordination, collaboration opportunities, business opportunities, partnership discussions, sponsorship discussions, campaign opportunities, inquiries, logistical information, or related matters.
If you provide separate consent where required, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law, Different Millions may also send promotional, marketing, newsletter, or other non-essential communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communication or by contacting Different Millions at [global@dmil.kr](mailto:global@dmil.kr).
Even if you opt out of marketing communications, Different Millions may still send non-marketing communications related to your registration, event participation, inquiries, meeting coordination, contractual matters, or ongoing business communications.
7. Event Changes
Event details, schedules, programs, locations, formats, participation conditions, meeting opportunities, collaboration opportunities, and related activities may be changed, postponed, limited, or canceled at Different Millions’ discretion or due to circumstances beyond Different Millions’ control.
Different Millions is not responsible for losses, costs, expenses, travel arrangements, accommodation costs, lost opportunities, or other damages arising from changes, postponements, limitations, or cancellations, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Event Admission and Third-Party Event Rules
Submission of this form does not guarantee admission to any third-party event, including VidCon, LA VidCon, any related venue, program, or activity.
You are responsible for obtaining any required event tickets, passes, approvals, travel documents, accommodations, and other arrangements, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Different Millions.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable event organizer rules, venue rules, ticketing requirements, health and safety rules, security procedures, code of conduct requirements, platform terms, and applicable laws.
Different Millions is not responsible for decisions, policies, actions, omissions, cancellations, restrictions, or requirements imposed by third-party event organizers, venues, platforms, sponsors, partners, ticketing providers, travel providers, accommodation providers, or other service providers.
9. User-Submitted Content
If you submit social media links, creator channel information, brand materials, images, text, documents, proposals, campaign information, or other content, you grant Different Millions a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to access, review, store, reproduce, display, share, and use such content solely for registration review, event operation, collaboration review, meeting coordination, business communication, partnership evaluation, sponsorship evaluation, campaign planning, and related administrative purposes.
This limited right does not grant Different Millions the right to publicly use your name, likeness, image, voice, testimonial, social media handle, creator channel, brand name, logo, or submitted materials for broad promotional or commercial purposes unless you provide separate consent, release, written approval, or enter into a separate agreement.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to submit such content and allow Different Millions to use it for the purposes described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, trade names, service marks, brand names, designs, images, text, graphics, website content, event materials, and other intellectual property displayed on the website or in related communications remain the property of Different Millions or their respective owners.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any website content, event materials, trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written permission from the applicable owner.
Any reference to third-party brands, events, platforms, or names does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or official partnership unless expressly stated.
11. Media Release
Photos, videos, interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes materials, or other media may be captured during event-related activities.
General event-related media may be used for event documentation, internal reporting, public relations, business communication, archival purposes, or limited promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and any separate consent or release that may be required.
If Different Millions requires broader rights to use your name, likeness, image, voice, biography, social media handle, creator channel, brand name, logo, testimonial, or other identifiable attributes for promotional, advertising, commercial, or campaign-related purposes, Different Millions may request a separate media release, written consent, or written agreement.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
* Submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, confidential, restricted, or unauthorized information
* Impersonate another person, company, brand, agency, or organization
* Submit information or content that violates the rights of any third party
* Submit personal information of another person without proper authorization
* Interfere with or disrupt the website, form, systems, or related services
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, data, or networks
* Use the website or registration process for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes
* Upload or transmit viruses, malware, harmful code, or other disruptive materials
* Scrape, copy, harvest, or misuse information from the website without authorization
13. Privacy
Your submission of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy.
By submitting the form, you acknowledge that Different Millions may collect, use, share, retain, transfer, and process your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. No Professional Advice
Information provided on the website or through related communications is for general event, business, registration, and informational purposes only.
Nothing on the website constitutes legal, financial, tax, professional, agency, employment, investment, or contractual advice.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website, registration form, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Different Millions does not warrant that the website, form, or related services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, timely, or free from viruses or harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Different Millions disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, and course of dealing.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Different Millions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of the website, submission of the form, event-related communications, collaboration review, meeting coordination, event changes, third-party actions, or related activities.
Different Millions is not responsible for any loss of opportunity, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, reputational harm, travel costs, accommodation costs, or other expenses arising from your use of the website, submission of the form, third-party event decisions, or participation in related activities.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
The website or related communications may include links to third-party websites, platforms, social media services, event websites, ticketing services, brand websites, agency websites, partner websites, payment services, travel services, accommodation services, or other services.
Different Millions is not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, actions, omissions, or practices of third-party websites, platforms, services, organizers, vendors, partners, sponsors, or other third parties.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms, policies, and conditions.
18. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Different Millions and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, partners, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
* Your submission of information or content
* Your violation of these Terms
* Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
* Your violation of any third-party rights
* Your unauthorized use of the website, form, materials, or related services
* Any content, materials, links, or information you submit or provide
19. Suspension or Rejection of Submissions
Different Millions may reject, remove, limit, suspend, or decline to respond to any submission or communication if we believe, in our discretion, that it violates these Terms, contains false or unauthorized information, may create legal or operational risk, or is otherwise inappropriate for the purposes of the website.

Different Millions may update these Terms from time to time.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, the registration form, or related services will be resolved in the Seoul Central District Court of the Republic of Korea as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If mandatory laws in your jurisdiction provide protections that cannot be waived or limited by these Terms, those mandatory protections may still apply.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional written terms or consents provided by Different Millions, constitute the agreement between you and Different Millions regarding your access to and use of the website and submission of the registration form.
